About AttendMetric
Attendance you can actually verify.
India's first smart attendance system — built around the student's real seat instead of a name on a checklist, and run entirely on the timetable your institution controls.
Why we built it
Attendance has always run on trust it can't actually verify
A roll call or a "mark present" tap only proves someone opened an app or answered a name — not that they're in the room. And when a class starts is usually left to whenever a professor gets around to it, with no record of whether it ran once, twice, or not at all.
AttendMetric ties every attendance record to the student's actual seat on a live classroom map, and ties every session to the institution's real timetable — so a class can only be started in its scheduled window, and every check-in can be traced back to an exact seat, at an exact time, in an exact room.
What We Do
One system, three roles
Join a scheduled class, tap your exact physical seat on the live classroom map, and you're checked in — no sheet, no QR code, no borrowed sign-ins.
For StudentsSeat-Verified Check-InStart only the real classes on your timetable, watch the seat map fill in live, and let unmarked students auto-finalize as absent when the session ends.
For ProfessorsLive, Timetable-Governed SessionsSet up departments, branches, courses, classrooms and the full weekly timetable — including bulk CSV import for students, professors, and schedules.
For IT-AdminsFull Institutional ControlOne seat, one student, one session — enforced at the database level, with every suspicious check-in flaggable by the professor on the spot.
Built InProxy ResistanceCO/PO attainment, NAAC evidence, and NIRF metrics — computed from the same marks and records you already collect, not a separate spreadsheet exercise.
For AccreditationNBA, NAAC & NIRF, Automated
Beyond attendance
Accreditation shouldn't be rebuilt from scratch every year
Most institutions already have the raw data NBA, NAAC and NIRF ask for — attendance, marks, faculty records — sitting in whatever system runs the campus day to day. What's missing is anything that turns it into the actual outputs: a CO/PO attainment matrix, a criterion-tagged evidence index, faculty-student ratios.
AttendMetric computes CO/PO attainment straight from the marks professors already enter, lets evidence get uploaded and approved the week an event happens instead of the week before an audit, and keeps NIRF metrics like faculty-student ratio and PhD qualification live — not recalculated by hand every reporting cycle.
Our mission
Make attendance a fact, not a guess
Every class should be traceable — who was actually there, in which seat, and when the session really ran — without adding paperwork for professors or friction for students. That's the whole product.
See it from your side
AttendMetric works differently depending on whether you're taking attendance or giving it.
